About Consulting

Addressing bias and discrimination

The last ten years of my life have been dedicated to making the football industry more equal through a combination of lobbying, player support, workshops and media appearances. I’ve spearheaded anti-racism campaigns, led avoiding bias workshops for the country’s top sports journalists and successfully worked with industry stakeholders to give underrepresented groups better access to opportunities.

I’ve learned a lot along the way, and spurred on by my own experiences of discrimination, I’m determined to use my expertise in EDI policy, recruitment and governance to improve diversity in the workplace. I can talk to your teams about anti-racism, design and facilitate custom workshops and consult on EDI policy. Ultimately, I’ll help you build a supportive and welcoming environment within your business and teach you how to maintain a safe and supportive ecosystem where all your people can flourish.
